Basic Existing Condition Measure Up Floor Plan (for Realtors or Homeowners)

includes walls, windows, doors, cabinet footprint, and fixtures .88 per Sf.  Plus NMGRT1,000 Sf. minimum 

Deluxe Existing Condition Measure Up Floor Plan (for Realtors, Homeowners, or Contractors) 

also includes electrical, in-house meter/utility locations, exterior elevations, and dollhouse view perspective. 1.65 Sf. Plus NMGRT with 500 Sf. minimum

Basic Change-Out Kitchen Plan up to 200 Sf. through permit drawings. walls, plumbing, and electrical do not move

Includes material selections, and cabinet elevations. $1135 Plus NMGRT 

Redesigned Kitchen Plan within existing home footprint through permit drawings

Includes the relocation of walls, plumbing, electrical, material selections, cabinet elevations, and four perspective renderings $1195 Plus NMGRT

Miscellaneous Services

All pricing guidelines are based on servicing metropolitan Albuquerque

Serving: Albuquerque - Rio Rancho - Placitas - Corrales - East Mountains - Belen - Los Lunas

Payment Terms:

Projects under $1500

½ down, balance upon completion

Projects above $1500

70% down, 15% at the start of working drawings, and 15% paid upon completion.

On all plans:

Any permit body required redline corrections will be completed at no additional charge.
