Why Homeowners and Contractors Use Accudrafters

Fixed Fees for Defined Scopes

The pricing page identifies clear residential scopes and the fixed fees for those scopes. If the project changes, the added work is priced before the added work begins.

Permit-Review-Ready Goal

For Accudrafters purposes, completion means the agreed design/drafting scope has been completed to the point that the client, contractor, builder, or authorized representative is able to submit the plan set for permit review.

Organized Client Process

Clients receive online progress meetings, a formatted Google Sheet selection sheet, an accessible shared Dropbox folder, and client viewer access for independent review of the design and 3D views.

Residential Focus

Accudrafters focuses on residential design and drafting needs: homes, casitas, remodels, additions, kitchens, baths, as-built plans, and 3D residential visualization.

How the Process Works

1. Consultation

Discuss the project, location, rough square footage, existing conditions, needed drawings, timeline, and whether permit-review drawings are needed.

2. Design and Selections

Review design direction online, organize selections in a formatted Google Sheet, and use shared project files to keep information together.

3. Permit-Review Package

Accudrafters prepares and delivers the agreed drawing package so the client, contractor, builder, or authorized representative can submit for permit review.

Fixed Fee Pricing

Accudrafters fixed fees are published for defined residential scopes, including existing condition plans, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, outdoor kitchens, shade structures, new homes, casitas, 3D visualization, and miscellaneous services.

Important: Prices do not include applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT). Fixed fees apply to the defined scope listed on the pricing page. Scope changes, owner-directed redesigns, engineering changes, and added services may require additional pricing before the added work begins.

Project Examples and Design Visualization

Residential design work is easier to understand when clients can see plans, elevations, interiors, and 3D views. The examples below show the kind of visual support Accudrafters can provide during the design process.

Client Viewer and 3D Access

Accudrafters clients may receive viewer access for independent review of design and 3D views during the project. This helps homeowners and contractors evaluate design choices before the plans move into the final permit-review package.

Service Areas

Accudrafters serves Central New Mexico, including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Placitas, Corrales, the East Mountains, Belen, Los Lunas, and surrounding communities.
